## AI assistant

Every user has an AI chat rail powered by Claude (Anthropic). The assistant reads tenant data, answers natural-language questions with cited rows, and drafts actions (create quote, move deal, schedule report) that users confirm before they run. It never silently mutates data — every write goes through a user-confirmed proposal.
