Data controller Shopsy AS is the data controller for personal data collected through our services. ### 2. If registering on behalf of an organisation, you warrant authority to bind it. ### 2. Description Onebase is a cloud platform combining CRM, inventory, sales, HR, project, and related business modules. Functionality may change over time. ### 3. Account and access Customer is responsible for all activity under its account. Credentials must be kept secure. Notify us of suspected unauthorised access. ### 4. Customer data and ownership Customer retains all rights to its data. Shopsy AS has a limited, non-exclusive licence to process Customer Data solely for delivery, operation, maintenance, and improvement of the Service. ### 5. Acceptable use No illegal use, no security circumvention, no reverse engineering beyond mandatory law, no spam or malicious code, no unlawful data processing. ### 6. Fees and payment Early access, free to invited customers unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial pricing presented before any binding order. ### 7. Changes Material changes to the Service or Terms announced with reasonable advance notice. Customer may terminate before changes take effect. ### 9. Intellectual property Shopsy AS or its licensors retain all IP. Customer receives only the right of use necessary under these terms. ### 10. Confidentiality Both parties treat received confidential information as such during the term and for 3 years afterwards. ### 11. Limitation of liability Shopsy AS's aggregate liability limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the event. Not liable for indirect losses. Exclusions do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence. ### 12. Termination Customer may terminate any time by closing the account. We may terminate on material breach after written notice and cure period. Serious breaches: immediate suspension. ### 13. Data export on termination Customer may request export within 30 days of termination. After that, data may be deleted per the Privacy Policy. ### 14. The launch is Norway-first — we bill in NOK and price for the Norwegian market. The product is available in nine languages (English, Norwegian bokmål, Danish, Swedish, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese), and non-Norwegian tenants can register. Per-region pricing will roll out later. ### Is my data used to train AI? No. Customer data is not used to train any AI model. The AI assistant sends only the data needed to answer the user's current question to the model provider (Anthropic), under a signed DPA. Prompts and outputs are not reused for training. ### Where is the data hosted? In the European Union. Backups and replicas stay in the EU. Some sub-processors outside the EEA are used under SCCs — see the Privacy Policy. ### Can I export my data? Yes. On termination, a machine-readable export is available for 30 days. AI never silently mutates data — every write goes through a user-confirmed proposal. ### How is tenant isolation enforced? Every database query filters by tenantId at the application layer. No cross-tenant reads are possible through the product API.
